Guru Ji is trying to give us deep spiritual bliss which is higher than any worldly pleasure. If you think you will not remember anything, certainly you will remember everything at the time of your death. You will remember not only this life but all your past lives. You will know what happened to you and why it happened. You will regret it at that time.
